Strategic CPTO with a founder mindset

I connect product, technology, and business to execute with clarity in complex environments. I've built products from scratch, redesigned legacy platforms with thousands of users in production, and today I build the AI agent systems that help me run product — under one fixed rule: AI proposes and executes; I sign off on anything irreversible.

I'm building a unified tolling back office for 30 countries from the ground up, and I built the AI agent system — tools, controls, guardrails — that governs its product knowledge.

01 /

How I work

The mix of product, technology, and business judgment that defines where I add the most value.

What I build

Product and technology strategy where legacy, regulation, and real delivery pressure coexist: connected mobility, fleets, and tolling, across B2B/B2B2C.

How I lead

Through trust, not authority: context, responsibility, and room to grow — today also with hybrid teams of people and AI agents under explicit rules.

How I decide

Nothing gets accepted at face value: every claim is checked against the live product, its API, or the actual screen. And every mistake becomes a permanent control, not an anecdote.

02 /

How I work with AI

This isn't "using AI": I build and run agent systems that work alongside me every day — in production, not in demos. Three principles govern them.

Hybrid teams of people and AI agents

AI agents embedded in the product's day-to-day — project management, functional knowledge, development — working alongside the human team.

Final decisions stay human

Written rules define what an agent may do on its own and what requires my approval — publishing, delivering, distributing — with automated controls that can stop a release.

Quality you can verify

Nothing AI produces ships without being checked against the live product. And every failure becomes a permanent control so it can't happen twice.

Career

A professional path defined more by scope, change, and results than by job titles.

EXP- 06

04/2024 - Present

Director of Product & R&D · Tecsidel (EYSA Group)

I lead Product and R&D across two business lines — connected mobility and tolling — with teams of up to 15 people: strategy, functional architecture, and execution, under GDPR and cybersecurity constraints.

  • I lead the creation of specialized tolling software built on 35 years of accumulated knowledge, under a single-product premise for 30 markets.
  • Connected mobility: taking over the Net4Things products — a white-label connected-car app and a fleet platform — I introduced automated testing on iOS and Android and an evidence-based definition of done.
  • International tenders: I built the system that backs every technical response — product documentation with several layers of verification, updated daily. What we deliver and what we don't, no overpromising.
  • I built the AI agent system that sustains all of that work, and I get hands-on with the code when needed: second contributor to the connected-car app in five weeks.

Where I create leverage

I work at the intersection of product, technology, execution, and business impact.

Product Strategy

I turn business goals, customer pain points, and technical constraints into executable product direction.

Product + Tech Bridge

I connect product thinking with engineering, architecture, and delivery without losing speed or clarity.

AI Agent Governance

I design the rules and guardrails that define what an autonomous agent may do: hybrid teams of people and AI, with anything irreversible always in human hands.

Verification Against Reality

No claim without evidence: the live product, the API, and the actual screen come before documents, meeting notes, or memory. Decisions on evidence, not narrative.

Knowledge Governance

I turn scattered knowledge into single sources of truth: canonical formats, domain glossaries, traceable open questions, and documentation with automatic validation.

Platform Transformation

I simplify fragmented products, modernize legacy environments, and help build scalable platforms.

Execution Discipline

I bring structure to prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional execution: speed, with risk under control.

Business Impact

I keep decisions tied to growth, efficiency, and measurable outcomes — from the roadmap all the way to the technical response in an international tender.
